Zoran Popovski who on Thursday along with the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Vanco Kostadinovski and the MEP Marijana Petir was visiting a farm in the Prilep village Mazuciste reiterated that the vaccines should arrive in two weeks, and the situation with the disease is under control.

"Currently, there are eight hot spots where the disease is detected, but it is localized and known to be transmitted from Bulgaria", he said, adding that farmers are instructed to maintain a high level of hygiene.

The state provided EUR 1 million for the procurement of vaccines.
